Lindsey Wiedmann

Chief Legal Officer, Maxeon Solar Technologies

Lindsey Wiedmann is the Chief Legal Officer of Maxeon Solar Technologies and leads global legal and sustainability teams. During her decade with SunPower before continuing with Maxeon in 2020, she has provided legal expertise in the areas of project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, compliance, disputes and other significant matters in support of the residential, commercial and power plant business units globally with legal teams in France, Mexico and the United States. Ms. Wiedmann was also the lead SunPower attorney for 8point3 Energy Partners LP’s initial public offering in 2015 and nearly three years of acquisitions and operational activity as a public company. Prior to joining SunPower, Ms. Wiedmann spent six years practicing project finance at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco and Singapore. Ms. Wiedmann received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, San Diego and her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School.
